Each brand gets its own number
When a brand creates a rebate program on rebby, they receive a dedicated phone number for their customers to text. The keyword and number appear on packaging, shelf tags, ads, and digital promotions — so the consumer always knows exactly where to text and which brand they're claiming from.
How Opt-In Works
- The consumer sees a rebate keyword and phone number on product packaging, shelf tags, or offer signage (like the example above).
- The consumer initiates contact by texting the keyword to the toll-free number. This text-to-join action constitutes opt-in consent.
- rebby responds with a welcome message that includes the brand name, next steps, data rates disclosure, and STOP/HELP keywords.
- All subsequent messages are customer care / transactional only — related to the active rebate claim. No marketing or promotional SMS is sent.
- The consumer can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
