How reward funding works
Rebby's pricing covers the platform and claim processing only. Reward costs (Visa prepaid cards, gift cards, etc.) are funded separately by your organization at face value through the platform via credit card or ACH bank transfer.
There is no markup on rewards. If you fund a $100 Visa prepaid card, the customer receives $100. You control your reward budget, allocation, and disbursement timing from the Funding dashboard.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card funding. ACH bank transfers have no processing fee.
