Program Overview
rebby, LLC ("rebby," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS-based rebate claim support service. Each brand that runs a rebate program through rebby is assigned a dedicated phone number. Consumers ("you") initiate contact by texting a rebate keyword or code to the brand's rebby-powered phone number, as shown on product packaging, shelf tags, or offer signage. We then provide customer care messages to complete your rebate claim, including receipt submission instructions, validation updates, and reward delivery.
Opt-In / Consent
By texting a brand's rebby-powered phone number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS customer care messages from rebby related to your rebate claim. This is a text-to-join program — your initial text message to us constitutes your opt-in. We do not send promotional SMS to this list.
Message Types (Customer Care)
You may receive the following types of messages:
- Claim processing: Confirmation that your receipt was received and is being reviewed.
- Status updates: Notifications when your claim is approved, denied, or requires additional information.
- Reward delivery: A link to your virtual prepaid Visa card when your rebate is approved.
- Reminders: Prompts if your claim session expires or if action is needed from you.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your rebate claim activity. A typical claim involves 3–8 messages. You will not receive messages outside of an active rebate claim. SMS is used exclusively for rebate claim processing and is never used for marketing or promotional purposes. Any promotional communications from participating brands are delivered via email only, with your separate consent.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out may prevent you from receiving updates about active rebate claims, including reward delivery links.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. rebby does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Supported Carriers
The service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and message content are used solely to process your rebate claim and deliver your reward. We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
